Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned trips according to established routes and schedules.
  • Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles and trailers to ensure safe operation.
  • Load and unload equipment and supplies with care to prevent damage and injury.
  • Conduct daily logs and reports to track trip details and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Transportation Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional in all interactions.
  • Operate powered equipment to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
  • Assemble component parts into kits, pick and pack products for shipment, and stage inventory.
  • Unload trailers, receive products, scan palletized product, and verify warranty status.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of elogs/tablet usage.
  • Ability to write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Working Conditions

This position is subject to Medium Work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment and is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions within manufacturing facilities and hazardous road conditions/weather when driving.
