Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Perform shave preps and other procedures as required
  • Assist with patient ambulation and positioning
  • Accurately record intake and output
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
  • Perform basic clerical duties and order entry
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
