  • Establish and maintain positive relations with venue B2B clients
  • Ensure proper staff scheduling and communication
  • Champion exceptional guest service and persuasive upselling tactics
  • Manage complete and accurate reporting according to company policies and procedures
  • Analyze daily sales activity and reports, creating action plans for continued growth

To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma/GED, excellent written and verbal communication skills, 1+ years of leadership experience, and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with people in a positive way.
