Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain flexible availability for shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of hotel corridors and public areas.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Act as a Pathfinder ambassador, welcoming guests and anticipating their needs.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department.
  • Assist with various projects to maintain hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Set up meeting rooms as per specifications.
  • Manage laundry tasks, including folding linens and terry.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area and assist with supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular cleaning of public spaces, including trash disposal and touch-up cleaning.
  • Keep outdoor areas, such as parking lots and sidewalks, free of debris.
  • Support the training of new team members.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as assigned.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
