Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate patient registration and insurance information
  • Process FMLA, EDD, and Leave of Absence Forms
  • Collect co-payments and accurately record payments in the practice management system
  • Verify insurance eligibility and enroll uninsured patients into various programs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Ability to type 35-45 wpm
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Practice Management Systems
