We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Operating Room Nurse to join our team of travel nurses. As a Pediatric Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in surgical procedures and provide assistance as needed
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric operating room setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
