About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II - Electrical to join our team at GE Appliances, a Haier company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and components, including variable frequency drives, process logic controllers, and servo drives.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Use a wide range of powered-hand tools and equipment, including air and electric guns, and vibratory tools.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and an associate's degree in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Technical training or certification in electrical maintenance, and experience with AC/DC power and process logic controllers (PLC).
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and prints, and use a wide range of powered-hand tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
