Job Overview

The Patient Advocate is a vital role at Dental Views, where you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from patients across our network. Using exceptional communication skills over the phone, chat, and email, you will build trust with patients and convey the values of our company. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate entry of patient data into our schedules, while gathering essential information for successful treatment on appointment dates. Average daily targets are set by management, requiring you to make a set number of appointments. You will also engage in outbound calls to potential patients and those who missed their scheduled appointments, reiterating our commitment to delivering high-quality care.
