Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Horticultural Specialist to provide comprehensive landscape and horticultural services to our properties in the greater St. Louis Metro area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, beauty, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces, including trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and other plant materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of horticulture and landscaping principles is essential, as well as experience with pruning, weed control, mulching, turf fertilizer applications, irrigation system repair, leaf removal, planting, and bio-basin maintenance.

This is a full-time position, offering competitive wages, overtime opportunities, annual performance reviews, service bonuses, and an extensive benefits package. We also offer a company-provided vehicle for travel between the shop and work sites, as well as occasional overnight travel with accommodations and meal allowances.
