Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and nurture relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and MITRE personnel related to INDOPACOM experimentation.
2. Design and implement cohesive experimentation strategies that demonstrate the incremental development of operational capabilities.
3. Foster collaboration and coordination among INDOPACOM, Service Components, and other military branches to enhance experimentation efforts.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a resource strategy for the rapid development and transition of capabilities in the Indo-Pacific region.
5. Identify and leverage unique experimentation opportunities to support INDOPACOM objectives.
6. Define and measure key metrics through experimentation to assess improvements in operational effectiveness.
7. Work alongside government entities and MITRE experimentation leads to swiftly integrate emerging technologies into the operational theater.

Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics) or a related area, with at least 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) military operations.
- Proven experience in operational and developmental experimentation.
- Strong background in systems engineering across various weapon systems and mission profiles.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Active Top Secret Clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- This role requires a minimum of 50% on-site presence.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience; or a Master's degree with 8 years; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering and operational analysis.
- Current awareness of emerging technologies in acquisition programs.
- Experience with MITRE project management processes and tools.
- Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities and the ability to provide actionable insights to government sponsors.
- Interest in leadership roles within projects and departments.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.

Compensation:
Salary range: $138,500 - $173,000 - $207,500 annually

Work Environment:
Hybrid work model
