Psychotherapist Counselor

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of one weekend day per week. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, company-paid disability, and 401(k) matching.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, adhering to established protocols and HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

We require a Master's degree in social work or counseling, along with a valid Texas license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC). Experience in residential or substance abuse treatment is preferred but not required.
