About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist Lead to join our Interventional Radiology team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with minimally invasive procedures and provide diagnostic aid by using fluoroscopic equipment to conduct scans on patients according to established practices and standards.
- Prepare equipment, monitor inventory, maintain cleanliness of procedure room and work area.
- Maintain sterile technique during Interventional Radiology procedures.
- Real-time review of scans for technical accuracy (i.e. technical quality, correct anatomical positioning, annotation, etc...).
Requirements:
- Graduate of an AMA approved program.
- Two years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage within a service line environment.
