Job Title: Surface Mining Driller

Overview: PacifiCorp is a leading energy company seeking a skilled Surface Mining Driller to join our team. As a Surface Mining Driller, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various drills at a surface mining operation, drilling overburden, parting and coal in preparation for loading of holes with explosives.

Salary: $41.70/hour

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience working with drilling equipment and will be able to inspect and maintain the equipment before each use. They must also be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current Wyoming blaster's certification in surface mining operations.
  • One to three years of drilling experience.
