Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our medical surgical unit, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Within 90 days of hire, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
- One year of RN experience.
