Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Hershey, Pennsylvania. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized imaging procedures, setting up and adjusting related equipment and devices, and maintaining related records under the direction of the Senior Imaging Staff.

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing imaging procedures, setting up and adjusting equipment, and maintaining records. Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) or registry eligible. If registry eligible, must pass ARRT boards within 6 months of date of hire.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography.
  • Set up and adjust imaging equipment, including radiographic and fluoroscopic units.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, imaging procedures, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) or registry eligible.
  • Must pass ARRT boards within 6 months of date of hire if registry eligible.
  • 1 year job-related experience preferred.
