Job Summary

The Electrophysiology Laboratory Technologist II role at Maine Medical Center is responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures. This includes scrubbing, evaluating patients' hemodynamic status, and managing digital images during procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrub and assist in electrophysiology procedures
  • Evaluate patients' hemodynamic status and electrograms
  • Manage digital images during procedures
  • Operate related EP equipment
Requirements
  • Graduate of School of Cardiovascular Technology or School of Radiologic Technology
  • Current applicable state(s) certification as a Radiologic Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
  • Active ACLS and PALS Certifications
  • Two years of electrophysiology experience
