Property Maintenance Professional

Kirkpatrick Management Company is a leading provider of property management services, serving hundreds of associations across Indiana and Michigan. We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Professional to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident inquiries, and collaborating with our community association managers to prioritize maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and property maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong background in customer service and conflict resolution
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
