Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to enhance our clinical team. You will play a crucial role in educating patients and guiding them through their rehabilitation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of physical and functional capabilities, as well as cognitive and psychological aspects, to determine patient safety and functionality.
- Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and care coordination in accordance with facility policies.
- Exhibit proficiency in treating a diverse range of diagnoses, staying informed about current therapeutic practices and contraindications.

- Effectively manage a personal caseload to optimize the delivery of care.
- Adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
- Valid CPR certification.
