Endodontic Associate Opportunity

Alabama Endodontics, a state-of-the-art endodontic practice in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a full-time associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be supported by a top-notch partner, clinical, and administrative team. Our patient-centric and team-focused practice offers all the modern amenities to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor
  • Helps set the tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture
  • Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences
  • Markets to new and maintains existing referrals

Core Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of a patient's teeth
  • Administering anesthetics
  • Performing root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies
  • Addressing traumatic dental injuries
  • Staying up to date with new trends
Qualifications
  • Surgical experience preferred
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program
