We're seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior Software Developer to join our team in the DMV area.

Opportunities are available in the Washington, DC area, as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, engineer, analyze, and develop software systems and delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines.
  • Model and analyze software development and deployment processes, assisting projects in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques.
  • Engage with government leaders to define context, problem space, and vision, determining capabilities, priorities, roadmaps, transformation plans, and next steps.
  • Develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations.
  • Supervise and mentor subordinate project and staff, collaborating and sharing work with other Software Developer IIIs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.
  • Five or more years of related experience.
  • Hold one of the following certifications within six months of commencing work on the Task Order: CCNA-Security, CySA+ GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development or related discipline.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Relevant industry-standard certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700-$224,700.
