KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities involve executing the wax pattern molding process.

REQUIREMENTS:

To excel in this role, an individual must be capable of fulfilling each of the Major Responsibilities, which include:

• Conducting molding operations according to process guidelines and technical specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring tools and equipment are serviced as per the maintenance schedule.
• Cleaning wax patterns as needed to eliminate flash and other imperfections.
• Adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilizing various metrology hand tools and height gauges effectively.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A High School diploma or GED is required. Experience in wax molding is preferred but not mandatory.

LANGUAGE ABILITIES:

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret operational instructions, work guidelines, customer-supplied procedures, and routers.

PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:

• Ability to identify issues and draw valid conclusions.
• Capability to interpret technical cards and instructions for operating wax molding machinery.
