Job Skills / Requirements The Security Operations Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive security services on a 24/7 basis. Key responsibilities include:

1.

Conducting routine and specialized security duties, including access control, surveillance monitoring, and emergency response in accordance with established protocols.

Ensuring civil order during emergencies.
2. Securing the premises by patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance systems, and inspecting access points.
3. Preparing detailed reports and conducting site patrols.
4. Managing lost and found items and performing other related security tasks as required.
5. Promptly reporting any security or health hazards identified during patrols.
6. Maintaining a thorough understanding of all Post Orders and Site Operating Procedures.
7. Responding to incidents and ensuring compliance with company policies.
8. Assisting with access control and ensuring compliance with authorized access protocols.
9. Issuing and controlling keys as necessary.
10. Supporting daily operational procedures and coordinating with escorts.
11. Ensuring compliance for visitor, employee, contractor, and vendor access.
12. Performing access control duties, including standing posts as directed.
13. Presenting a professional appearance as uniformed security personnel.

Special skills and attributes required:
1. Relevant experience in security, including necessary licensing and certifications.
2. Strong communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
3. Excellent customer service and reception skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
5. Keen observational skills and experience with two-way radio communication.
6. A clean driving record with no significant incidents in the past five years.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
