Job Title: Police Officer

About the Role:

The Police Officer is a vital member of the ECU Health team, responsible for providing law enforcement services to the hospital campus. This role requires a strong commitment to public safety and a passion for serving the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the hospital campus to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
• Conduct preliminary and follow-up investigations of incidents
• Enforce traffic laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Law Enforcement Certification

Work Schedule:

This position is primarily assigned to report and work at a home region, but may be assigned to other regions as needed. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 5:45 pm - 5:45 am, with rotational weekends.
