Veterinary Surgeon

Job Title: Emergency Veterinarian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Veterinarian to join our team at Animal Emergency & Specialty Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency and critical care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency and critical care to patients, including triage, diagnosis, and treatment
• Perform surgical procedures, including emergency surgeries and routine operations
• Collaborate with our board-certified surgeon and other specialists to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in our 24-hour, multi-specialty practice, serving the emergency, critical care, surgery, dermatology, oncology, and physical therapy needs of our patients
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our emergency and critical care protocols

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
• Current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Nevada
• Experience in emergency and critical care, preferably in a multi-specialty practice
• Strong surgical skills and ability to perform emergency surgeries
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
