Overview

As a fuel station associate at Walmart, you will work in a fast-paced and customer-centered environment. Your primary responsibility will be to support fuel station operations by ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Salary

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $18.50 to $31.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include acknowledging and greeting customers with a smile, answering customer questions, and helping customers find the products they need. You will also be responsible for keeping your area stocked, clean, and safe.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and ability to work independently are essential. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
