The Turquoise Room at La Posada seeks a talented Senior Culinary Manager to oversee its kitchen operations. This salaried position requires someone with strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience scheduling and managing a team of 16.
The ideal candidate will have excellent product ordering skills, maintain cleaning procedures, and train new cooks. Our kitchen uses local foods, develops its own recipes, and has a fully developed menu. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
