Key Responsibilities- Production Operations: Manage the conversion of micro-prism films, including material flow, machine loading, and quality control.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and adjust machines as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine reports, and quality control metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to resolve production issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on process optimization and quality control.
- Skills: Mechanical aptitude, experience with ERP systems, and familiarity with ISO documentation.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
