The Director of Enterprise Analytics will be responsible for leading our analytics strategy and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive data and insights agenda that transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data and insights agenda that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Champion a data-driven culture throughout the organization, embedding analytics into strategic, operational, and financial planning processes.
- Drive the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks, including performance tracking systems, predictive models, and business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business drivers and ensure that insights and analytics inform critical strategic decisions across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics); Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role, managing teams and driving data-centric strategies.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale analytics initiatives that have resulted in measurable business impact, including revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational optimization.
- Extensive experience with data management and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, etc.).
