Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Youth Soccer Coach. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide young athletes aged between 2 and 6 years old, fostering their love for the game while helping them develop essential soccer skills and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and interact with children in a fun and outgoing manner.
  • Conduct soccer sessions at schools and on-site facilities.
  • Bring and set up all necessary equipment for practice.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for young athletes.
  • Adhere to a schedule within 30 minutes of the school/facility you coach at.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and responsibility when interacting with parents and directors.
  • Be accountable, take instructions, and show willingness to learn and grow within the position.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a head coach, teacher, nanny, or working with children aged 2-6.
  • Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality with a passion for working with children.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to being punctual and professional.
Compensation
  • Training starts at $15 an hour. Once passed, Hourly rate is between $20 and $40, commensurate with experience, background, and work rate.
