Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team at a precision, light-gauge sheet metal fabricator. The ideal candidate will have experience operating large-scale CNC robotic welding machines and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate welding.
  • Operate CNC robotic welding machines to produce high-quality welds.
  • Perform secondary work, including grinding and sanding, to meet quality standards.
  • Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Comply with all quality and safety requirements to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in robotic welding or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Good oral and written communication skills to interact with coworkers.
