Position Summary: The Solutions Manager will play an integral role within the FISTA AI Center of Excellence, focusing on the development and synchronization of comprehensive customer solutions across various sectors. This full-time position is essential for supporting business initiatives and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary liaison to facilitate effective communication among departments, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Engage with clients to ensure timely sharing of information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing solutions and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop detailed project specifications, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure projects align with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Manage client relationships, providing ongoing support throughout the implementation phase.
  • Conduct user research to uncover pain points and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders during project execution.
  • Oversee the management of the office, ensuring efficient organization and coordination of resources.
  • Monitor project progress and deliver consistent reports to management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
  • Experience in workforce development, economic development, or advanced analytics services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proficient in understanding customer business priorities and needs.
  • Skilled in analyzing customer requirements and translating them into actionable project deliverables.
  • Capable of presenting information clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in stakeholder mapping and management.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and technical knowledge relevant to project domains.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Experience in project management, technical writing, software testing, and data analysis is required.
  • Programming knowledge in languages such as SAS, VBA, JAVA, C++, R, Python, SQL, or similar is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Jira/Confluence, and Microsoft SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD (Secret) Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
