About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Decorative Coating Technician to join our team at Select Painting LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying decorative coatings and finishes to residential properties.


Responsibilities:
  • Apply paint and finishes using professional techniques and equipment
  • Remove old finishes safely and efficiently
  • Protect surfaces from paint using masking tape, drop cloths, and other coverings
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow supervisor directions
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Customer service expertise
  • Safe handling of hand tools

Physical Demands:
  • Lift and carry 50 pounds of supplies and equipment
  • Comfortable working at heights on ladders or lifts
  • Work on knees for extended periods
  • Wear respirator and required safety gear
  • Stand for long periods
  • Age 18 or older
