Overview:
*$3,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Eligible Candidates*

As a Phlebotomist, your primary responsibility will be to collect and process blood samples from both in-patients and out-patients, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is essential
- Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program and attainment of ASCP certification within two years of employment (or completion of a practical nursing program)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient computer skills are required
