Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Kansas state licensure or eligibility.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech and language disorders. They will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide therapy services to students individually and in groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success and ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Kansas state licensure or eligibility.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
