Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Technician to join our growing team. As a Clinical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team.

• Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, and assisting with lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Assist with patient intake, including checking in patients, obtaining and recording demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and relay relevant information on payment policies and billing/collection processes.
• Work as part of the overall team by answering telephone, taking messages, and returning voicemails in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with clerical work, including scheduling, ordering, and training.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an MA, EMT, or Paramedic preferred in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
• Current CPR license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school strongly preferred.
