Youth Trades Trainer

Do you have a passion for teaching and mentoring young people? Are you interested in a career in trades education? We are seeking a qualified Youth Trades Trainer to join our team at the Edison Job Corps Center in Edison, NJ.

This position involves teaching youth the fundamentals of plumbing and drain work, as well as developing and preparing lesson plans in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized training environment, as well as participating in student assessment panels and performing required documentation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, as well as a certified, licensed, or accredited background in plumbing and drain work. Relevant work experience and certifications can also be considered. We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
