Position Overview

As a key member of our hospitality team, the Front Desk Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes using our property management system.
  • Handle financial transactions, including cash and credit card processing, with accuracy and integrity.
  • Assess guest needs and provide comprehensive information about hotel services and amenities to enhance their stay.
  • Manage reservations through incoming calls, ensuring all details are accurately entered and updated in the hotel management system.
  • Typical Work Schedule: Morning shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM and evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, with availability required on weekends.
