In this position, you will collaborate with the Transition Coordinator to develop safe and engaging opportunities for individuals with disabilities in Ocean County. Your duties will encompass designing and executing a curriculum aimed at assisting program participants in transitioning to the next level of employment-based support.
Work Schedule: 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $22.88 per hour, Bi-Weekly Payment Schedule
Key Responsibilities
Provide training, oversight, and assistance to Transition Specialists
Ensure high-quality vocational opportunities for participants
Effectively network with funding and accreditation entities, supervisors, and community partners
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Capability to supervise, manage, and direct programs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possession of a Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than five points
- At least one year of tenure with a previous employer
Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related discipline
