Job Title: Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our merchandise in stores. This role requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a keen eye for detail in maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell our merchandise, utilizing product knowledge to make informed recommendations and drive sales.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, maintaining store appearance, and performing tasks as assigned by management.
  • Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management staff.
  • Attend all staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our merchandise.
