Behavior Therapist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in a school district in Burlington, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be licensed as an RBT in the state of CT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with autism and other behaviors in an elementary setting
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Conduct assessments and data collection to inform instruction and intervention
Requirements:
- Active RBT license in the state of CT
- Autism experience required
- New graduates accepted
- School experience preferred
