About the Role
This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a high level of analytical skill and attention to detail. You will work closely with the team to understand their analytics needs, deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers, and create rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis. To succeed in this role, you must have five years of experience in GovCon as a data analyst or similar role, proven analytics skills, and strong SQL or Excel skills. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics, experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques, familiarity with GSA and OASIS platforms, and strong programming experience with frameworks such as XML, JavaScript, and ETL.
