Job Title: Janitorial Services Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Associate to join our team at Gantzel Store (Ironwood & Gantzel). As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our store, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the store, including restrooms, floors, and common areas.
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, and clean windows and mirrors.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in janitorial services or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
