Schneider is seeking a skilled CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver to join our team in Springfield, MA. As a Regional Intermodal Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 99% no-touch freight that is mostly drop-and-hook.
Key Responsibilities- Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
- Drive in and out of railyards within CT, MA, ME, NH, and RI.
- Operate a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
- Competitive pay and bonus potential, including mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
- Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
- Live within 50 miles of Worcester, MA.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
