Position Overview
The Licensed Nurse is responsible for delivering care that requires a foundational understanding of biological, physical, behavioral, psychological, and sociological sciences, as well as nursing protocols. This role involves utilizing standardized procedures for the observation and treatment of patients who are ill, injured, or require health maintenance. The nurse plays a critical role in safeguarding health and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized personnel in accordance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Accountable for the nursing care delivered to consumers.
- May be required to assist in other provider office locations as needed.
- Perform duties independently while adhering to established departmental and hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in an outpatient environment.
