Microbiologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Technologist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Northwestern Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized laboratory procedures with independence and accuracy.
• Train and educate laboratory personnel and others, contributing to our continuing education program.
• Verify and check documentation of less experienced laboratory personnel, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Act as a lead in the absence of a supervisor or manager, preparing schedules and drafting procedures as needed.
• Conduct special projects as assigned, utilizing your expertise and skills.

Requirements:

• Hold ASCP certification (or be eligible/equivalent certification).
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science or an Associate Degree in Science.
• Experience is highly preferred, but not required.
