About the Role

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Vienenburg. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our customers with technical problems, planning, installing, and testing new networks, configuring, modifying, and optimizing existing networks, and providing on-site support.

Your Responsibilities

• Support customers with technical problems and provide solutions
• Plan, install, and test new networks to ensure optimal performance
• Configure, modify, and optimize existing networks to meet customer needs
• Provide on-site support to customers to resolve technical issues
• Install hardware and software and document IT concepts for customers
• Advise and train employees of internal departments on IT-related topics
• Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic systems to resolve technical problems

Your Qualifications

• Completed secondary school education or working towards it
• Excellent knowledge of computers and office applications
• Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and commitment
• Class B driver's license
