About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Endoscopy department, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with both the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data.
  • Evaluate patients' responses and intervene to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement patient plans of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate competency in a variety of therapeutic/diagnostic interventions, including IVs, incision/wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year experience in Endoscopy.
  • Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
  • BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Benefits and Salary

The salary for this position is estimated at $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including sign-on bonuses, benefits from day one, paid days off, student loan repayment programs, career development opportunities, and whole person wellbeing resources.
