Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all facets of the litigation process, which includes case analysis, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, managing motion practices, and preparing for trial.
  • Performing comprehensive legal research and composing various legal documents such as briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Engaging in communication and negotiations with opposing counsel, clients, and other involved parties throughout the litigation journey.
  • Representing clients during court appearances and at mediation or settlement discussions.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
