The Float Pool at Corewell Health provides a distinctive opportunity for Registered Nurses to acquire experience across multiple departments, including Medical Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Services. This role allows nurses to refine their skills while collaborating with diverse nursing teams. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in one of these critical areas.

Role Responsibilities
We are in search of Registered Nurses who can provide accountable and responsible nursing care in accordance with the standards set by the American Nurses Association (ANA). This includes applying the nursing process as a critical thinking framework and adhering to the professional performance standards outlined by the ANA to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required within 5 years
- Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon hire
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency, Medical Surgical, or Intensive Care Unit settings
Work Schedule
This position is full-time, primarily during night shifts, with scheduled hours from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Days worked will vary, and weekend shifts will occur every other weekend.
