Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our valued customers
- Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming store environment and achieve sales goals
- Provide expert advice on our menu offerings, including drink customization and pairing suggestions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering high-quality beverages and maintaining a clean store environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
